Stage Right Home Staging and Redesign Services


Jill and her team use a 3-step process, each of which can be completed separately or as a bundle of services. First we do a comprehensive analysis of the property, both externally and internally, and summarize findings and recommendations for the seller in our detailed written report. We develop an action plan based on budget and priorities to be completed in Step 2. These can be completed by the seller, by Stage Right as a component of its project management expertise or a combination. Step 3 consists of showcasing the property, displaying it to its best advantage. It will quickly attract buyers who love it, want it and pay top dollar for it!


Stage Right Services – As a bundle or all on their own


A consultation that produces specific written recommendations for each space including curb appeal as well as all interior spaces. These recommendations make your home “move in ready” to meet the expectations of today’s demanding and discriminating buyer. We identify priorities and develop an action plan, all included in your “Room Ready Handbook™”, a comprehensive 57-page reference tool.

Action Plan

Completion of the “To do” list to address the recommendations. Depending on your budget and / or time constraints, these tasks can be completed by you, project managed by me, or a combination of both. We always prefer and try to use your furniture and accessories but if required we can bring in our own inventory that you may rent for a modest fee.

Delivering Wow Factor

Showcasing your home – the “WOW factor”. We place furniture and accessories in a way that highlights the great features of your home while minimizing any issues. This is the ultimate marketing tool. It reveals your home at its best and establishes a solid connection with the buyer. Once your home is staged it is in the ideal position to sell quickly and for more money.

Colour Consulting

We stage to sell and decorate to dwell. Stage Right staff specializes in choosing staging colors that appeal to buyers, and décor colors that appeal to you in your new home. As stagers we often find sellers are so thrilled with their experience selling their home, they continue the process into their new property. Stage Right is happy to support your relocation with its Certified Color Consultant™ designation and passing on our preferred vendor savings to you.

Project Management

Whether it is managing the staging process or a major renovation, Stage Right can save you time and stress. Stage Right is a designated Residential Renovation Project Manager (RRPM) and can take on the responsibility of overseeing your complete staging and/or renovation endeavors.

We can hire and organize tradespeople, establish and maintain schedules, monitor the work, and ensure the results you achieve are the results you want.

Staging Rentals

Stage Right can provide you with property-appropriate and cost effective rental furniture and accessories while your house is on the market. We carry a wide range of items and supplement our own stock through our partnerships with excellent rental firms.

Why rent furniture and accessories? Buyers need to see how THEY would live in the space, so we stage it to appeal to a range of tastes. We commonly refer to this as “neutral” décor.
